Heartstrings(You've fallen for me)

We hear many times that Music brings people together. And we have seen it too. Korean Dramas are loved throughout Asia and now many other countries are getting attachments with it. In that case what happens if Music and Korean Dramas are blend together? That is when a good mixture of romancing music will be seen. Today let’s see how music has influenced Korean Dramas and has made romancing music be possible.

You're Beautiful
You’re Beautiful (YAB) is a drama which shows the life of four band members. The drama gained much popularity throughout Asia and other countries as well.

MSOAN

Mary Stayed out All Night (MSOAN) is another drama which showcases the life of a rock musician. The drama is currently airing in Philippines and is loved by audiences.

Dream High

Dream High (DH) is a musical drama in which Kirin High’s students are involved in music. This drama shows wide variety of Korean music. It also has gained popularity. There will be a second season to this drama soon.

Heartstrings
Following the pattern of music, romance and success is Heartstrings (HS), previously known as Festival. This drama is currently airing on MBC. The teasers or promos have interest people throughout the world. Romancing music between two different people, this drama is a much anticipated drama for many netizens. Well for some other Korean Drama lovers just like me.
It has a story of Lee Shin, a guy with interests only in music and a care free dude with no future dreams. Contrary to Lee Shin, Lee Kyu Won is a girl living a dream of her grandfather to become Korea’s traditional music prodigy but a girl who knows nothing more than her grandfather’s dream path. The two different people will meet in a musical concert. So this drama romancing music would be quite a watch for many.
It would be interesting to see how this drama will be able to follow the path led by the prior three. Let’s keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best. Fighting!

Cute-Little Girl

‘No. You are no sister of Bibek, he does not wear glasses but you do’, she replied. I tried so hard to make her believe in me. I told him the school Bibek used to go because they studied at the same school in the same class. (Now Bibek already had left that school and is studying in another school. He is a boy I am tutoring.)But she was firmly grounded in her very answer.

The little girl may be 7 or 8. Her answer was kind of astute to her age. Weirdo was what I thought that little cute girl was. She didn’t make comparisons on our complexions or on our eyes’ size. Which possibly would be the first thing a grown up will pin point to tell the difference between two peoples’ relations.

We were once kids but we hardly remember what we thought, reasoned and dreamed at that very early stage of our lives. Strange, perplexed and overwhelming were what the life of kids are as I think about it now. And the stage is a mystery tougher to solve than any other.

All thanks to the little girl, I came closer to my unaccountable early childhood years. Mine surely would be different but I am surer that the differences won’t be extremely vast.

A Perfect Stranger

‘You look like a 26 year old woman’, he replied frankly in the midst of our conversation when I asked him how do I appear. Well, I was embarrassed. For a girl, age is another big thing after hair.  All my life, I have always been categorized into ‘the old’ category. May be it is because I hardly bother to look young. It obviously is a very common comment for me but a new injection injected by different doctors. So, every time it hurts like hell.
Told you, life is not a silence gas but TNT that can explode loudly anytime, anywhere. Here is another record breaker with a fascinating life comes straightway. A guy who was a perfect stranger for me shares his life and I got an opportunity to look into another shade that life beholds.
He did his schooling from TCV (Tibetan Children Village) Bylakuppe. He was a very active participant in his school days in both the academic and sports activities; the stranger opens up little by little when we were into our talking. ‘When I was young I was very interested in becoming an army’, he said. He reasoned that war is an interesting battlefield and he very much prefers the respect shown to armies. ‘It was a childhood dream. At those times when boys loved wars a lot’, he added.
Securing 89%, he was the topper of Masters in Commerce at St. Joseph College, Bangalore.
‘Don’t judge a book by its cover’, he repeated when I repeatedly told him he looked just the opposite half of his educational brilliance. My first impression was not good. You have read his big achievements but at our first meeting I hardly can read his achievements he carried along for that long time. The 24 year old guy looked like a hippie with colored hair and had dressed more like those hip-hop singers.
Pemba Tsering best known as Pemsi, is a guy whose first impression can wrong anyone. When I asked him why he choose to study Commerce instead of Science even after he was once a bright student. In a country like Nepal and India Science is always the first cake to taste if you are a bright student. Only then one tastes Commerce cake. ‘I asked a holy monk to predict what fits me and my life. He suggested me to study Commerce. So, I followed his guidelines.’
What went wrong? Wrong. I thought. Thought and thought.
I exampled him saying, ‘When you get into an accident and after hospitalization you have as if changed completely into another being. ’ He replied, ‘yeah, as if I don’t know that after an accident and hospitalization everyone changes. Everyone changes after an accident. That’s of no doubt. Don’t give me a blunt example.’  I didn’t refer to physical change but it was like as if a new avatar has come into action.
‘What is life to you, say it in a word?’ I asked him. He said, ‘depression.’ The Pemsi avatar was very different from his school days. Today as I was interviewing him, he does not own the smallest part of the old him. He was very carefree with no dreams like an ignorant child who care not whatever happens if he climbed up a tree. He said he enjoyed his life. ‘Money is nothing for me’, he said. Like many local adolescence he also has tried whatever he thought would be a whole new experience. Ask me what he hasn’t done. ‘It is all peer influence. I am not bad but I cannot tell you the same about my friends’, he continued. He knows how much he has changed but he didn’t give a damn. He cares not what people say. He is in his own world and moreover happy.
However, he told me that when he works, he can surprise anyone. He has worked in different positions after completing his college. He had worked as a teacher, waiter, cook, accountant, manager and in a call center as well. From all his past experiences he loved being a cook. ‘The best part in cooking is that you cook without anyone’s influence plus you are able to show off your talent. When I cook I lost into it completely.’
This was how the stranger reveals his life till now. Truly, my brain was in the brink of explosion throughout our conversations. It took me a while to believe in what he was narrating. A guy like him is another wonder of the world who had tried, lived and experienced life. It cannot be said what happens to this guy after some time. People changes as time goes by. But for the time being he finds no reason to change what he is at all.
Let’s hope whatever happens he stays happy lifelong, the perfect stranger.

Nothing

He went into his dome as abruptly as if nothing has happened.
With the drizzling, raining, drizzling, raining 'day’ in Kathmandu, it is always wise to carry an umbrella. So I was trying being one. On my way back to home, I saw a little Buddhist monk who was walking his small steps back from his little shopping. Sadly, he was carrying nothing. To give him some shades of dryness after soaking heavily in the rain, I walked a few steps to cover him like a snake crawling silently. He didn’t notice my help. I walked him few more steps till, he entered his Monastery.
He didn’t look back.
Because he did realize nothing, an amazing moment was captured. He was in his own thoughts that he didn’t notice my venomous move not to harm but to protect him. And I kept on thinking and thinking….. It was just like when we make our mind to do something we move forward and keep on moving because we know we are walking rightly on our toes. Thus, no matter what happens, keep on moving and never mind to look back because past is nothing more than a dream.

Smells Of Books

Today, when I was arranging books at my workplace. Do you know what swept my mind? The utterly sensational smell held by books. The antiquated-perplexed smell of books lingered for a while and then, entered my nostrils diligently.
It was mesmerizing enough to faint someone at an instant. The smell of books was complex to describe. Lots of questions, suspense, loves, anxieties, anticipations and excitements had flown out through the pages of every book as I was holding and arranging them one by one properly.
So I thought that I will try to smell beforehand reading a book and try to guess what it tends to shower. It would be more like developing a new way to get acquainted with a book.

Forwarded to God

Dear God,

Thank you for I born to this world.
Thank you not for this world is too small for zillions and zillions of people to share.
You bring out so many babies into this world that two-third of whom can’t hear lullabies at night, they sleep and grow with city’s breeze of automobiles, discos and hardcore music. Some yearn for their parents day and night at the place where abandoned, lost and despaired kinds live in. They desire so many things in their life and their wishes are still not fulfilled.

Thank god for creating me.
Thank you not for many is despaired.
You make imperfect people but it does not mean that one eye, one leg and one arm are enough for some. Many cannot hear properly, cannot see thoroughly and cannot walk proudly. How can they describe imperfect if they do not know what complete means?

Thank God for giving me a shelter to hide my body.
Thank you not for many doesn’t have enough to cover head.
My everyday walk sees secluded people sleeping on very small places as if tortoise enters to its shell and shrinks inside. At least that species have a home to shelter and a family. But the brainy creatures are being left alone and with nothing to cover their selves.

Thank God for giving me a brain.
Thank you not for giving it to everyone.
Brains have created money and it craves to earn more money and eventually, that desire kills people. Money has made people monster and the brainy monster is destroying the world. Tell you what not has happened? For 'that' money people betray people and the list of cases are longer than imaginable.

Thank God for everything.
Thank you not for nothing, I own.
We live on but only to survive a little longer. A little longer. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are my prime routine. If I don’t follow, I cannot imagine what will happen. Tomorrow may come or not but it is important that we eat routinely. Why did you make such hungry stomachs? Instead you should not have created any.

You're Beautiful

You’re beautiful (He is handsome) is one of the rare Korean Dramas I would like to watch over and over again, given that there are some times to spare. The drama is not only unique but also variedly entertaining keeping audiences on track.
Cartoon A.N.Jell

Ask me what are not there in the drama. Good music, fine actors, humorous scenes, cute outfits, romantic sentiments, great locations and more than I could point out.

Synopsis:
Hwang Tae Kyung and President Ahn are on search of a new member to the boy-band, A.N.Jell. The search ended when Go Mi Nam is chose as the new member in the 3 members group with the Group Leader and main Vocalist Hwang Tae Kyung, Guitarist Park Shin Woo and Drummer Jeremy. Unfortunately, Mi Nam cannot interview after a severe injury. So, Manager Ma seeks help from Mi Nam’s twin sister Go Mi Nyu. Thus, Mi Nyu enters the band. Beforehand never been exposed to the new world of guys and music, Mi Nyu experiences different sets of emotions.
A.N.Jell

Casts:

Smiling Tae Kyung

Hwang Tae Kyung:
The arrogant, aggressive, 'extra clean' and always wanting to be on the number one spot Tae Kyung is played by Jang Geun Suk .The character experiments with many different expressions. As the drama progresses, audiences get to see more of his emotions.  Softer Tae Kyung reflects his cute smiles and his allergies conveys audiences that whatever behavior people possesses, they always have some softer parts hidden inside. His dedication for music is expressively amazing! Audiences can see his love for music throughout the drama. Geun Suk’s acting is gripping, loving and convincing.

Mi Nyu holding pig-rabbit

Go Mi Nam/Go Mi Nyu:
Park Shin Hye manages her dual role pretty well. She has acted chubby as a girl and as a boy, reflecting out warm vibes to her co-members. You can see different acting skills that Shin Hye has tried out. The nose-making like pig expression is what I loved the most! Mi Nyu frequently makes mistakes throughout the drama and the innocent role is carried out perfectly, smoothly.

Warm Shin Woo

Park Shin Woo:
Jung Yong Hwa image in this drama is warmly manly. His role has brought up some sentiments in the drama. He is the first member to discover the truth about Mi Nam’s identity and eventually, falling for her.  His understandings and protections to Mi Nyu makes audience yearn for a lover just like him. He is a babo(fool) but the best lover a girl would dream about!

Hye Yi beauty

Yoo Hye Yi:
Hye Yi is little too nasty to jerk at times, but cunningly fine player with her expressions. UEE plays the role awesomely. Her love for Tae Kyung is strong. You hate her yet you love her more because her acting skills for the role fitted perfectly with her expressions. Noone may have fitted in the role of Hye Yi other than UEE. I love her being irritating!

Cute Jeremy

Jeremy:
The cute and kidlike Jeremy is being played by Lee Hong Ki. You will also find a sad shade of Jeremy underneath the smiley Jeremy. Hong Ki had played the role in such a cute way that you will love his role and may find it interestingly gripping. Jeremy is another character, a girl would love to find in her lover.

All the actors are great in the role they have played.

There are some other casts, who won’t act out but their mere presence glows up the drama perfectly. The Hairpin, the pig-rabbit and the starry necklace have a huge role in making the drama ROMANTIC. The stuffs are not just desirable but very cute too. How much I wish if I could have one?
Hairpin
Pig-rabbit

Starry necklace

Ratings: 4.5/5

Watching the drama for as many times as I could, I sort of develop fondness for it. I can watch it hundredth times!

Missed?

Life is a surprise bomb that can explode anytime anywhere, before you sit back to think over again. Giving anecdotes of such incidents which occured to me at my workplace, makes me laugh over myself over and over again! An incident that happened afresh, when all too suddenly, two women asked me, "Where is the washroom?" So, my response was set limited only to the point where I can do nothing but nod in no 'way' and give a flattering smile, so as to ensure if they are not shock to withhold my dumbness. Nearing my working dates to the count of a month and damnation, did I ever bother to know where is it? If truth be told, I have never once used the washroom and that's the sole reason I didn't search for. If I had walked a little to help myself up to the washroom (even if I didn’t need to) then the two ladies would have been helped for sure. The aftermath sense of complete satisfaction which I COULD have felt was left neutral.

Thinking of which, we never try to make an effort to know something that is not evidently vital in our life.We tend to neglect the commands and speeches made by the elders; thinking that they are fussing all the nonsenses in tits-bits. We neglect small things like compassion and kindness. By the way, who in the world has it? We love to spend times with our folks and avert, when it is family gatherings. We have egos bigger than our age....Talking of which there are just too many small matters too true to handle. These considerations which we reckoned as small, may later turned into ‘big matter’. And when it comes to the specific time where you have to say, Holy shit! I missed it! Only and only then, you will know it is already late to realize the realization. Thus, seldom try to perform small doings only, give damnation to major ones and try to sense the differences that you feel. Who knows, small doings could be more beneficial than the big ones?

And let us try not to leave regrets which could be easily prevented in the first place!

The-book-boy-who-loves-to-read

In a country where every aspects of development is still developing, and a country where book reading is a recent import, I came across a boy who can set example for the masses through his reading habit.
“My first read was Matilda and I finished it within an hour. It is my favorite book too. Usually, my pick for books is based on titles and then I read through the back covers for summaries. Given that the summary is good, I can even read a torn book as well. I have never judged a book by its cover.”
The-book-boy-who-loves-to-read as I would like to call him, I met him, during the very first day at my workplace. A cute looking boy, wearing glasses, gently entered with a book and silently passed by. As we were new to each other, he was a bit hesitant. However, in the following days, he was more used to my presence and opened up little by little. In much later days, I saw a beautiful smile smiling ignorantly whenever he steps inside the library. He definitely is an epitome of inspiration for all the people around him and an amazing work piece created by god.

Tenzin Sonam, aged 11 had read more than 300 books so far. He devoured books in such a fascinating manner that I was left dumbstruck with his fondness for books. The topper in English Subject from his class, he is studying in class 6, he said that he can balance his book love and academic work routinely. “First, I finished doing my homework and only and only then, I do what I love to do most. Skipping a page or two is not my way of reading books. I like to brainstorm and re-read thoroughly for the second time. This way, I can understand it more. My favorite authors are Enid Blyton and Roald Dahl as their writing is less complicated and more understandable.” Truth be told, He is a very quick reader, even if he reads two times!!
He was both the inspirer and master for his well developed habit of reading. He opens up saying, ‘I was not inspired by my teachers to read or anyone else. It was me, who felt it deep down the importance of reading. Sadly, my teachers were struck only in the text-books. I asked him if he imagines the description of the places he has never been to before. He replied, ‘I can imagine the story line and all the characters involved but when it comes to places, I can’t quite figure out if it is true or not. I have that kind of doubt. When I read a book time passes just too quickly like in a blink of my eyes.’
Talking to him was a great pleasure for a book lover like me and moreover, an ideal inspirer for every being….

LIFE....

YouareagainleftaloneYoufeellikeitsonlyyouwhoisoddandeveryotherbeingisevenAndnothingisfairinyourlife….Morepuzzlesandyoucan’tsolveasingle?Youfeelpatheticforbeingborn?

Usually in tough times, thoughts like this come out squeezing from your brains and hardly stop at all… Now, try to read the same below.
You are again left alone? You feel like its only you who is odd and every other being is even? And nothing is fair in your life…. More puzzles to solve and you can’t solve a single? You feel pathetic for being born?

Can you read the first paragraph clearly? I am sure you can’t. This is the importance of spaces in writings. First of all, snap shot these giants thoughts from your mind and if you find it very hard, stick some glue to your mighty brain so that thoughts won’t escape from. Let’s think it this way, if a space that means blank can have some importance in writing, why a human like you is worthless in this world? So, don’t lose hopes and keep living your life happily. And remember that life is never ever fair to everyone. That is the prime rule of life. Mine, yours and ours…..

Vegetarian Years!

BINGO!!!
I am completing my 7th year anniversary of Vegetarianism.

How do I feel? To tell you the truth, I am hungry, perfect healthy and absolute fine, in an odd way…
My first Vegetarian year went on as smoothly as a scoop of butter on a toast. I assumed that my avatar as a Vegetarian would be very difficult to maintain and harder to act, but it turned out that I was wrong. And now, here I stand out to be one of the many Vegetarians in the world.
As you know that there are different kinds of Vegetarians. Though a consumer of eggs, milk and milk products, my years were complete meatless.
I do not know why, but in my early childhood days I have not appeased much meat in my meals. I differentiated mostly, from my plate. Recalling the early days, many friends were devouring meats and I was not. My altruistic mother was eagerly concerned about my behavior and asked me once about my aloofness. I replied saying that the chewy meat somewhat is not pleasant to consume. I felt like I was eating a live animal in cold blood. That was the bits from our conversation which I could recall even to this day.
Try to eat less meat. Sparing your desire in meat will help animals to breathe some more minutes in this world and to survive. It is your choice but you are the one who also can make the difference by choosing wisely. Additionally, vegetarians are equipped with some benefits too.
Here are 17 benefits of being a Vegetarian:
1. Lower risk of lung and colorectal cancer. A diet filled with fruits, vegetables, and fiber can help reduce the risk of lung disease and related illnesses.

2. Prevention of Type 2 diabetes. Type 2 diabetes is becoming more common with the rise of obesity around the world, and vegetarian diets may even be able to prevent it by including complex carbs and fiber that help the body manage insulin more efficiently.

3. Healthy skin. Diets rich in water-based and plant foods are a rich source of antioxidants and vitamins-ideal for healthier skin every season.

4. Chemical-free food. Meat-based diets take in animal cells and fats, along with chemicals and by products used on the animals during processing. This can include chemicals sprayed on the dead animal, preservatives, and other unnatural ingredients used for packaging and mass distribution.

5. Hormone-free eating. Fruits, vegetables, and soy products are never injected with growth hormones and other chemicals that may harm the human body.

6. Increased energy. With the body spending less time digesting animal protein, an energy boost is a nice side effect.

7. Lower blood pressure. Vegan and vegetarian diets can be naturally low in fat and sodium, helping reduce blood pressure and improve circulation instead.

8. Improved digestion. Plant-based foods and fresh fruits are rich in fiber, improving the digestion and elimination process. High fiber diets have also been linked to preventing certain types of cancer.
9. Lowered risk of diabetes. Steady blood sugar is easily achieved with a nutritious vegetarian diet, and the cycle of blood sugar peaks and crashes is almost eliminated without the meat and unhealthy carb combinations.

9. Lowered risk of diabetes. Steady blood sugar is easily achieved with a nutritious vegetarian diet, and the cycle of blood sugar peaks and crashes is almost eliminated without the meat and unhealthy carb combinations.
all-natural oils and cooking methods to enhance flavor. This is free of unhealthy saturated fat which can lead to a variety of heart problems and cardiovascular disease.

14. Increased life span. With the body in harmony and free of harmful toxins and chemical buildup, vegetarians may live longer than their fellow meat eaters. According to William Cstelli, MD, director f or the Farmingham Heart Study, vegetarians can live up to 3-6 years longer than meat eaters.

15. Appreciation for simple flavors. After eliminating meat from the diet, it becomes much easier to differentiate flavors and get a real taste for fruits and vegetables. Palettes can become much more sensitive to different flavors, textures, and combinations.

16. Healthy cholesterol levels. Without unhealthy meat and fat sources in the diet, cholesterol levels of vegetarians can be considerably lower and easily fall into a healthy range.

17. Lower risk of cancer. With a diet rich in antioxidants, phytochemical, and vitamins, vegetarians naturally lower their risk of cancer and other diseases. Meat eaters, especially those that indulge in fatty meats are at a much higher risk of cancer.

10. Lower grocery shopping bills. By shopping the perimeter of the grocery store and stocking up on high-fiber, highly nutritious food, vegetarians can eliminate almost 25% of their food budgets without pounds of meat on the bill. In some cases this balances out if the vegetarian shopper chooses to buy premium veg brands and gourmet ingredients, but average costs do tend to be much lower per trip.

11. Toxin-free food. Some studies suggest that when animals experience fear, the adrenaline rush causes a release of epinephrine, steroids, and other stress hormones into the bloodstream. These are then ingested by the meat eater, presenting a range of toxins that can accumulate in the blood.

12. Healthy amino acids. Plant-based proteins (e.g. soy) can be an excellent source of amino acids that help with protein assimilation and metabolism.

13. Low or no saturated fat. Vegetarian menus typically use

Saka Dawa

Saka Dawa, the fourth month according to the Tibetan Calendar (Lunar route) is the holiest time. The month holds a special significance for Tibetan Buddhists and is a peak time for pilgrimages.

The full moon day, which always falls on the 15th day (Tsewa-Choenga) is believed to be the day when, from twelve stages, three stages; birth, enlightenment and par nirvana of Lord Buddha, was believed to happen.

Unlike any other months, people offer more prayers, burn butter lamps, incenses and candles, give alms to beggars, do Koras (circumambulation) of monasteries and a few ceased bad doings from that month onwards. It is believed that all the merits will be multiplied 100,000 times from our dharma practices.
